HRBP) contributes to the company's performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organizational development strategies in support of the business objectives.
The Sr.
HRBP will support multiple team areas including talent acquisition, safety, employee relations, compensation, and HRIS.
They will ensure regulatory compliance, be involved in policy interpretations and application, and take a key role in performance and compensation management.
There will be involved in organization design, employee development, engagement initiatives, and related HR consulting activities.
The HRBP reports to the HR Director, and partners closely with Manufacturing Leaders.
Align business objectives with employees and management for the designated business function.
Serve as a consultant to the Manufacturing management team on HR-related issues.
Act as an employee advocate and change agent.
Proactively assess the plant's HR-related needs and is active in finding an efficient and timely resolution to issues.
Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the plant's mid/long term goals, objectives, culture, and performance.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Coach the management team in the performance management processes, compensation, recruitment practices, and management decision-making.
Manage and resolve delicate and complex employee relations matters and conducts thorough and effective investigations and resolutions.
Work with the management team on the progressive discipline of employees and employment decisions and organizational changes.
Secure compliance and is the first point of contact for employment matters related to compliance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
