We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cannabis Cultivator to join our team.
As a Cannabis Cultivator, you will be responsible for the cultivation and maintenance of cannabis plants in our facility.
This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of gardening, growing techniques, and mechanical skills.

Duties:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest cannabis plants in accordance with company standards - Monitor plant health and identify any signs of disease or pests - Maintain a clean and organized cultivation area - Operate and maintain irrigation systems - Perform basic math calculations for measuring nutrients and water levels - Collect data on plant growth and yield for analysis - Assist with trimming and packaging of harvested plants - Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with state regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in gardening, farming, or landscape maintenance preferred - Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment - Familiarity with greenhouse environments is a plus - Ability to use hand tools effectively - Basic math skills for measuring nutrients and water levels accurately - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team Note:
