Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Trimmer to join our team.
As a Trimmer, you will be responsible for trimming and pruning plants in our greenhouse or outdoor garden.
This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and knowledge of basic gardening techniques.
Duties:
- Trim and prune plants to maintain their health and appearance - Use hand tools such as shears, clippers, and pruners to perform trimming tasks - Monitor plant growth and identify any signs of disease or pest infestation - Irrigate plants as needed to ensure proper hydration - Collect data on plant growth and health for record-keeping purposes - Assist with general maintenance tasks in the greenhouse or garden, such as cleaning and organizing equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating plant dimensions - Knowledge of greenhouse or farm operations is a plus - Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions Skills:
