Assistant Metric Analyst - Cannabis Industry Company Overview:

Position Overview:
As a Metric Analyst, you'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics across our operations, contributing to decision-making and driving continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our Metric Analyst team to collect and organize data.
Utilize spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets and Excel to input, manage, and analyze data effectively.
Assist in generating reports and dashboards to visualize performance trends.
Support ad-hoc analyses for operational initiatives and strategic projects.
Contribute to the development of new tools for data analysis and reporting.
Perform physical tasks including weighing plants, collecting mediwaste, and other tidying duties that may require bending, squatting, or standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in softwares such as Google Sheets, Excel or Apple Numbers is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Reliable transportation is required.
Personal Laptop or Iphone is encouraged.
Previous experience in the cannabis industry or cultivation work is preferred.
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience and ranges from $16 to $18 per hour.
