The ideal candidates will have a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years total Property Maintenance experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisor capacity.
Qualified candidate must have their HVAC certification.
Individuals must have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervise team of maintenance tech Completing maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
Adding time work in our system Close completed work orders using AppFolio Apartment turnovers Maintaining curb appeal
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in apartment maintenance for 300
units.
Must be HVAC certified.
Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.
) is a must! Must be available to be on-call after hours and weekends.
